At NAJ, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with EU and Lithuanian consumer protection laws.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be:

· Unused and unworn – tried on for fit is acceptable, but it must show no signs of wear.

· In its original packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, tags, and any free gifts.

· Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

 

 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost during return transit.

If your jewelry arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bynaj.brand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with EU hygiene and product safety regulations:

· Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

· Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces). Resizable (adjustable-size) rings that have been reshaped through wearing or bending are non-returnable, as they are considered individually modified.

· Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewelry is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will happily replace or refund it at no cost to you.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and provide photos of the item and packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at bynaj.brand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

3. Carefully package the item and send it back using a tracked service.

4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

By making a purchase from NAJ, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
